Job Description / Responsibility

• Location: FPAB National Head Quarter, 2 Naya Paltan, Dhaka-1000
• FPAB wishes to identify a suitable candidate as the Director (M&E). As the head of M&E Division s/he would be part of the Senior Management team of FPAB. As a part of the Senior Management Team (SMT), contribute to the strategic direction and leadership for all technical issues relating to Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Organisation Learning.

Educational Requirements

The job holder will need a Master degree in Public Health / Social Science / Demography / Epidemiology / Statistics or relevant disciplines.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years professional experience in Public Health Research, Evaluation and Monitoring.
• The job holder must have extensive experience in evaluation and/or operational research of programmes to include the design and implementation of evaluation strategies.
• The job holder must have experience in interpreting, analysing and documenting results from international development programmes would be preferable.
