• Strategic Decision regarding day to day branch operations
• Business Forecast & ensure branch profitability
• Assist, Coordinate with Management in Head Office for smooth operations of the branch
• Maintain all regulatory issues relating with Branch Operations
• Lead a successful team for operating the branch
• Proper monitoring and reporting for taking strategic decisions

Additional Job Requirements

• 6-10 year`s experience in Financial Institution is must.
• 1-2 years experience as Branch In-Charge is preferable.
